Dr. Paul Frentrop

Dr. Paul Frentrop advises institutional investors, private shareholders and nonexecutive directors on corporate governance issues in The Netherlands.

Before setting up his independent advisory firm Paul was Head of Corporate Governance at pension fund asset manager APG (2008 – 2010), director of Dutch office of European shareholder advisory firm Deminor (2001 – 2008), company secretary at investment bank MeesPierson (1990 – 2000) and financial editor at newspaper NRC Handelsblad.

He is the author of ‘A History of Corporate Governance’ (2002)
