Martín Dâvila is Full Professor of Economics and Finance in the Faculty of Economics at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla. His research focus on Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, International Finance, Industrial Organization and Game Theory.

In 1991 he graduated from Universidad de las Américas and holds a BSc. in Industrial Chemical Engineering, in 1998 he obtained a Masters degree in Sciences (MSc.) with the specialization in Economics, from Universidad de las Américas. In 2008 he achieved a PhD. in Business Economics from Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla.

He has written several papers on Corporate Governance as well as the participation in various congresses in Europe and US.
