Daniela Carosio is an Corporate Governance and financial analyst with more than 15 years professional experience in financial analysis and investment banking both in Italy (Mediobanca and Burson-Marsteller, Milan) and in Austria (Creditanstalt and GiroZentrale, Vienna). As a member of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (AIAF) and alternate counselor of AIAF’s Board of Appeals she has developed a specific know-how in listed companies’ corporate governance (CG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation on behalf of institutional investors. She has the responsibility of the AIAF’s study group on social responsible investments and is member of the EFFAS ESG Commission. She is also member of NED Community.

Daniela Carosio is responsible of ESG Research by Etica SGR. She has also cooperated with S&P in the CG assessment of Italian Blue Chips such as SanPaolo Imi and Telecom Italia and in the redaction of a study on Italian CG. On behalf of Pioneer Investment Fund has made CG analysis on Italian Blue Chips and designed a proprietary CG evaluation model. She has taught CG in the Postgraduate School of Economics and International Relations (Aseri) of the Milan Catholic University, in the Parma Economic University, the Bicocca University to exchange students from the Rotterdam Erasmus University and to the CSR Master of the Angelicum University in Rome.

Daniela Carosio has two cum laude degrees, the first one in Economic and Social Disciplines (DES) from the Bocconi University, Milan and the second one in Anthropology from the Bicocca University, Milan. She also followed a MBA at the Fundacao Getùlio Vargas, San Paolo, Brazil within an exchange program with the Bocconi University.

She is author of a university research paper on: “Power’s systems and structures in the Corporate Governance. Corporate Governance Analyst – Founder of Frontis Governance

Until 2009 Sergio has been Head of Execution at Georgeson’s Rome-based branch. Through the coordination of an international team, he directly managed strategic corporate advisory services during proxy campaigns and corporate actions.

Graduated in Economics at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, he further specialized in “Corporate Finance” and “Marketing and Corporate Communication”.
