Naveen Kumar

Naveen Kumar is currently PhD candidate at Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee, India. He is currently doing his research on corporate governance in India, analyzing its different facet and findings ways for strengthening it. He is one among the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) scholar for the year, 2011. He is basically an engineer and postgraduate alumni of IIT, Kharagpur India. He also holds post-graduate diploma in financial management. He is having more than 5 years of experience in financial industry in risk management. He has authored number of papers in area of corporate governance and financial management. He has presented his work in number of national and international conferences. His work has been published in journals like Global Business Review, Corporate Governance and International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management. He is member to organisations like ICGN, American Finance Association, AIMS International and Indian Accounting Association.
