What we need for:
A CG Event
Minimum information in a .doc file (or exceptionally a pdf. file),
- Event Title
- Organizer’s logo (minimum: 250 pixels wide, max: 1000 pixels wide, resolution: 72 dpi) as a .jpg file
- Place and date
- Brief content text (about 10 lines), sketch of the target group
- URL for the link, and/or email address
A VIPsight satellite
About the author: (first time and updated)
- Information (“about us”) about the author or team of authors, with references to CG competence, as a .doc file
- A photo of the author and/or team (minimum: 250 pixel width, maximum: 1000 pixel width, resolution: 72 dpi) as a .jpg file
- Email address, if freely given by author
Monthly (more frequently if necessary):
- Satellite’s regular contribution as a .doc file – report, comment or gloss
- A few pictures, tables (also .xls, .doc) and figures are welcome (maximum 5 per text per month)
- Please supply pictures, tables and illustrations as separate .jpg files (minimum: 250 pixels wide, max: 1000 pixels wide, resolution: 72 dpi).
Sponsors
- Sponsor’s logo (minimum: 250 pixels wide, max: 1000 pixels wide, resolution: 72 dpi) as a .jpg file
- Sponsor’s information text (“about us”) as a .doc file, max 10 lines long
- Sponsor’s URL for linking to sponsor’s homepage
- E-mail address, if freely given by sponsor
Studies & science
- Article on “studies & science” as a .doc file
- Pictures, tables and figures (as a rule no more than 5 integrated into text), others in Annex. Footnotes
- Please supply pictures and illustrations as separate .jpg files (minimum: 250 pixels wide, max: 1000 pixels wide, resolution: 72 dpi).
- Tables may also be integrated in the text as .xls or .doc tables
- If the article is available online on another website (e.g. as a PDF), it can be linked to with a URL, in which case a summary as a .doc file should be offered.
- A prerequisite for inclusion of articles is the “sponsorship” of one to three sponsors who identify with the content – if only as a contribution to professional discussion.
